Ashburn, Va (October 28, 2015) – The Loudoun County Community Services Board (CSB) invites the public to a town hall meeting to provide input about services critical to the mental health, substance abuse, and developmental disability needs of the community. The meeting will take place Monday, November 2, 2015, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., at the Ashburn Public Library, Meeting Room B, 43316 Hay Road in Ashburn.
