The weather is warming up, school is winding down and Club Volleyball season is coming to an end. Summer is right around the corner and it’s time to start planning for the summer months ahead. Northern Virginia Volleyball Association (NVVA) is excited to announce its 2017 summer camp schedule. NVVA provides many camps and clinics for beginner to advanced players that focus on the skills of the game.
New this season is NVVA’s Volleyball Genome Project. Genome focuses on developing players’ overall skills, including strength, vertical jump, and speed. NVVA created this program with the goal of identifying athlete’s strengths and weaknesses and providing them with a tailored and individualized training program.
