Ashburn, Va. (October 9, 2014) – Noah Madgwick (2016) from Stone Bridge High School has verbally committed to play Division I Lacrosse for Binghamton University.
The 210lb, 6′ 1″ recruit plays club lacrosse for Blackwolf. In his two years as a starting close defenseman for Stone Bridge, Madgwick has amassed 123 ground balls, 91 caused turnovers, and 37 takeaways.
As a sophomore, Madgwick earned All-American honors and was named the VHSL North Zone 5A Defensive Player of the Year. Other post season accolades include, 2013; 1st Team All-District and 2nd Team All-Region honors and 2014; 1st Team All-Conference 14 and 1st Team All-Region; North Zone 5A honors.
Madgwick was named to the 2013 and 2014 Cheers Sports and Viva Loudoun All-Loudoun Teams. Madgwick also considered Cornell, High Point, Boston University, Mercer, Jacksonville, and University of Tampa
