Loudoun County, Va. (June 11, 2015) – The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery that occurred June 9, 2015, in the Brambleton area of Ashburn.
A restaurant delivery person was attempting to deliver food to a home in the 23600 block of Sailfish Square shortly after 8:30 p.m. when he observed a male standing outside of a townhome and two other males near the side of the townhome.
One of the males ordered him to drop the food and demanded money. The subject then showed a firearm that was in his waistband and again demanded money.
The subjects grabbed the food and fled the area. A perimeter was established and the area was searched with the assistance of a K9 unit. The food and a replica pellet gun were located discarded in the area.
All three suspects were described as Black males in their mid to late teens with thin builds. One suspect was said to be dark skinned, 5’4” to 5’6” tall, and was wearing a black shirt and shorts. He had the gun in the front waistband of his shorts. The second suspect was described as being 5’8” to 5’10” tall and was wearing a white tank top and had a gray shirt around his head to partially cover his face. The third suspect was described as being 5’10” to 6’ tall and was wearing a dark colored Nike shirt and black shorts.
