Loudoun County, Va. (May 9, 2015) – Loudoun County Sheriff’s Deputy First Class John Gregory was recognized at the 24th Annual Excellence in Community Service and Public Safety ceremony sponsored by the Fairfax Alcohol Safety Action Program (ASAP) and Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Virginia Program for his efforts in combating impaired driving and overall public safety.
Gregory made 21 DUI arrests, 21 felony arrests, and 114 misdemeanor arrests in 2014 and was among several law enforcement personnel from the region recognized at the ceremony.
The ceremony honors officers in the Northern Virginia region for their efforts in community service and public safety.
DFC Gregory is a 10-year veteran of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and is currently assigned to Patrol in the Field Operations Division.
The ceremony was held Friday, May 1, 2015 at the Westfields Marriott in Chantilly, VA.
