South Riding, VA (Oct. 28, 2015) – The key to a successful life is listening to your sister.
That’s the word from Brian Ko, who was named a member of the 2016 All-American Marching Band during a ceremony on Friday, October 16th, in the Freedom High School library.
Ko’s sister, Kristen, persuaded her brother it was best for him to play the trumpet rather than the violin. Good call!
On October 16th, before the members of the Spirit of Freedom, Ko, a senior was presented the coat and hat that mark him as one of the 125 best high school marching band musicians in America.
