The Titan girls scored 289 points to out-distance Jefferson Forest (234.5) and E.C. Glass (211). Woodgrove (177) and Heritage (171) made it three Loudoun schools in the top five.
On the boys side, Heritage scored 269 points to beat runner-up King George (216) and Jefferson Forest (170). Dominion was fourth at 167.
Heritage and Dominion made their winning intentions clear early as they both took the 200 yard medley relays. The Pride boys quartet of senior Tim Burris, freshman Michael Burris, sophomore Phillip Crouch and senior Jake Schroth swam a 1:40.78 for the win.
The Titans girls relay of sophomore Rachel Tao, freshman Anna Schlemmer, sophomore Sara Schlemmer and junior Ashley Brock swam 1:56.95.
Dominion domination on the girls side was complete with the 400 free win as Jakab, Rao, Sara Schlemmer and Williams teamed for a 3:44.46 effort.
Both schools also took the 200 free relay with Schroth, Crouch and the Burris boys swimming 1:31.41 and senior Sam Jakab, sophomore Amber Shields, Brock and senior Rache Williams combing for 1:43.79.
Woodgrove sophomore Kacey Hauck won the 200 yard free with a 2:00.43 and then doubled by winning the 500 free in 5:20.53.
Dominion’s Williams swam 2:11.59 to win the 200 IM.
Heritage’s Tim Burris won the 50 free in 22.06 and then took the 100 free in 48.40.
The top six individuals in each event and top three relays advance to the 4A state meet.
