Ashburn, Va. (November 12, 2014) – A college signing ceremony was held for Stone Bridge High School senior, Emily Kenny, who formally signed her National Letter of Intent to play softball for Coach Kim Schuette at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. Emily is a four year starter at Stone Bridge – three of those four years have been at third base. She helped propel the Bulldogs to the final eight or better in the VHSL state tournament in each of her first three seasons at Stone Bridge. Last season she led the Bulldogs in RBI, HRs, stolen bases, slugging percentage, and extra base hits. She has been a pillar in the Bulldog lineup all four years. We are looking forward to Emily leading the charge this season both at the plate and in the field.
