Ashburn, VA (Feb. 19, 2016) – Broad Run High School’s 2015-16 breast cancer awareness and fundraiser campaigns, Hurricane PINK and Believe in a Cure Cheer Invitational, are donating $17,094.40 to the Loudoun Breast Health Network.
On Monday, February 8th, Broad Run students presented a donation to Susan Mills; who accepted on behalf of Loudoun Breast Health Network.
The donations are a culmination of various events sponsored by Broad Run DECA, Fitwize 4 Kids and the Broad Run varsity cheer team. (DECA is an association of marketing students.) The donations will go directly to local women and families who are battling breast cancer. Broad Run is dedicated and passionate about making a difference for local families.
